First Watch, a popular Tampa brunch spot, joins massive Westshore City Center development

Get ready for tall stacks of pancakes, Westshore, because First Watch is set to be the first restaurant to open at Westshore City Center in Tampa (1111 N. Westshore Blvd).

The super popular breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant has 15 locations throughout the Tampa Bay region. Its arrival at the Westshore City Center represents the beginning of the 10.4-acre office park’s transformation into a Class A mixed-use development.

First Watch will occupy a new, 3,764-square-foot stand-alone building at the Westshore Business District property, which is undergoing a $10 million renovation project.
